The Craftsmanship
At Aura, we believe that true luxury lies in the details. The gentle curve of a hand-bent gold wire, the microscopic prongs securing a solitaire, and the mirror-polish finish of a platinum band are testimonies of our devotion to quality.
Sketching & Hand-Rendering
Every ornament starts its journey as a pencil sketch on textured paper. Our designers draw the piece from multiple angles to map dimensions, spacing, and gemstone placement before casting models. This hand-rendering phase preserves custom character.
Carving & Alloy Melting
Using 22k gold or 950 platinum, our master metalworkers melt alloys in small crucible ovens, pouring them into custom wire molds. Traditional hammer forging is then used to strengthen the molecular density of the metal, resulting in durable, lifetime heirlooms.
Micro-Prong Stone Setting
Gemstones are set under high-magnification microscope lenses. Setters cut minuscule channels and push tiny metal prongs over the girdle of each diamond. This secures the stone firmly while allowing maximum light to enter, optimizing brilliance and fire.
Finishing & Multi-Stage Polishing
The final step involves a three-stage polishing wheel using fine cotton buff and jeweler's rouge. The piece is then placed in an ultrasonic cleaning bath to dissolve polishing residues, leaving behind a mirror finish that reflects pure brilliance.
